That is the Nativity jigsaw – all dark colours and odd shaped pieces. Hoped to get it finished for the next festival (Easter) but failed. Will I get the next one (Last Supper, Jesus baptism etc) done before Pentecost? Unlikely!
Made harder to complete because of cataracts and then having a bilateral cataract operation so I can’t see either close up or distant. Can’t wait to stop the drops and about a week later be able to go to the optician and get new glasses. Mind you, it is weird waking up and being able to see without reaching for my glasses. And a bit scary that my eyes have no protection.
So? In a few weeks that will be all done, too….. Not bad – just over 3 months from the initial diagnosis of cataracts to (hopefully) getting new glasses.
